Present: Jim Skaley, Deb Grantham, Tee-Ann Hunter, Sharon Anderson

1. Letter to municipal officials and special groups: we reviewed a letter Deb drafted. Some minor changes were suggested. She will revise and send out to everyone via email. Tee-Ann will get Sylvia’s suggestions and approval. It will go out to County Board of Representatives, town supervisors, village mayors, any special interest groups IO members identified.
2. Post card content/layout: Tee-Ann shared several versions of a post card for a watershed-wide mailing. She will incorporate suggestions and make arrangements with the printer. 20,000 copies will be printed and mailed out to rural routes. Linda Wagenet offered to send a notice out to her email lists which will reach many people interested in water resources.
