7:00-7:05 Welcome, Meeting Purpose and Outcome. Further define the IO organizational structure and get agreement on the language for the intermunicipal agreement that all watershed municipalities will be asked to sign when joining the IO.

7:05-7:10 Introductions. Around the table introductions of who you are and represent.

7:10-7:15 Approval of Minutes.

7:15-8:10 Old Business: IO Organizational Issues and Intermunicipal Agreement. Further define IO structure and operations (e.g., voting, quorums, executive committee, advisory committees/including non-municipal interests, suggested committee membership, meeting frequency/schedule/locations). Review revised draft intermunicipal agreement, make needed changes, vote to accept and decide how municipalities will be approached and asked to sign.

8:10-8:20 New Business: Getting More Watershed Municipalities to the Table. There are 50 municipalities in the Cayuga Lake Watershed. What can we do to get representation of as many as possible?

8:20-8:30 Set date and agenda for the next and future IO meetings.
