7:00-7:05 Welcome, Introductions, Approval of Minutes.

7:05-7:25 Draft Watershed Characterization: The IO will have an opportunity to discuss the printed draft report.

7:25-7:45 Formation of an Agricultural Committee. At the Oct. meeting, the IO agreed to form an Agricultural Committee. Craig Schutt volunteered to seek initial input from local SWCD offices regarding the formation of the Committee and will report back to the IO with his findings. The possibility of forming a joint Agricultural Committee between the IO and the Cayuga Lake Watershed Network will be open for discussion.

7:45-8:30 Proposed IO By-Laws: As Phase I of the Watershed Management Plan moves toward completion, the IO has expressed a desire to become a more institutionalized organization. One of the first steps in this process will be to adopt a formal set of governing by-laws. The IO will discuss and comment on three sets of proposed by-laws.

8:30-8:40 Watershed Coordinator Grant: The IO has been working with the Cayuga Lake Watershed Network on the development of a grant application to secure long term funding for the position of "Watershed Coordinator." A report on the progress to date will be made and the IO will have an opportunity to comment.

8:40-8:50 Public Participation Update: The second round of public participation meetings will be held from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. on the following dates: January 11, 2000 at Mynderse Academy Senior High School, 105 Troy Street, Seneca Falls, NY; January 13, 2000 at Southern Cayuga High School, Route 34B, Poplar Ridge, NY; January 19, 2000 at Boynton Middle School, 1601 N. Cayuga Street, Ithaca, NY. An update on planned Public Participation activities will be provided.

8:50-9:00 Set Agenda for the Next IO Meeting.
