7:05 – 7:10 Municipal Contributions: Several municipalities have made a financial commitment to the 2nd-year cash match requirement but have not met that commitment. Please be prepared to state your municipality’s intention regarding their financial commitment.

7:10 – 7:15 Project and Financial Status: Report from project staff.

7:15 – 8:15 Prioritization of Watershed Issues: At their May 3rd meeting, the Technical Committee discussed a process and procedure for prioritizing watershed issues. Their proposed process for collapsing, prioritizing and ranking watershed issues will be presented. IO members will be asked to complete a matrix that will be used at the June IO to identify a fixed number of watershed-wide issues to be directly addressed in the management plan.

8:15 – 8:25 Residential Septic Testing Recommendation Resolution : Members will be asked to vote on a resolution to include a recommendation in the management plan that annual septic testing be performed on all waterfront residential properties in the watershed. A sample of the wording to be used in the recommendation will be provided.

8:25 - 8:35 IO By-laws: The By-law Committee will propose a draft set of by-laws.

8:35 – 8:45 Watershed Steward: An update on the candidate search process will be followed by a discussion regarding possible collaborative opportunities suggested to the Network at a meeting on May 10.
