by-laws will entertained before members are requested to sign up for committee
membership.

The basic structure of the IO will change upon completion of the RPP in July.
Staffing and funding of the new structure as outlined in the bylaws must be
addressed. Members are encouraged to bring questions and comments of an
administrative nature to the March meeting. This discussion will be continued
at the April meeting.
