7:35 – 7:45 Passing of the Chair and Vote to Confirm Executive Committee Membership: Deb Grantham, Town of Dryden, will be introduced as the new IO chair. IO members will vote on the Executive Committee membership as proposed.

7:45 – 7:50 Implementation Call For Cooperation: As the RPP is released, municipalities are again asked to formally state their desire to maintain or establish membership in the IO and to adopt the RPP by signing the Intermunicipal Agreement Regarding the Cayuga Lake Watershed Restoration and Protection Plan.

7:50 – 7:55 EPF Application Update: The Town of Dryden, as the new municipal sponsor, has submitted an application for implementing high priority RPP remediation and education efforts.

7:55 – 8:00 IO Representation: Discussion: What, if any, notification/approval should IO Representatives/Alternate Representatives seek prior to attending outside meetings or making outside presentations as representative of the IO?

8:00 – 8: 10 Website Update: The IO’s website has been online for over a year. Jerry Codner, IO Webmaster and EOPP Committee member will provide an update on recent changes to the site. Content and function suggestions are requested from IO members.

8:10 – 8:40 Response to Town of Scipio Discharge Permit Application: Comments on the proposed discharge will be sought for discussion. If appropriate, the IO will formulate a formal response to the DEC on the proposed discharge.

8:50 – 8:55 What Now: An Update on the Current IO Structure and Administrative Contacts: As work continues on the development of an organizational structure and the IO prepares to enter into its new implementation role, many administrative issues remain unsettled. Interim plans for administrative coverage, new contact information and procedures, and plans for the next meeting of the IO will be among the topics addressed.
