Discussion of October 10 meeting.
Committee reports: Our primary work now is to carry out the RPP. We will need funding in order to do that, so some tasks will be to write proposals. Other tasks can be conducted by piggy-backing on other agencies/organizations events. The committees need to develop a work plan based on the RPP (perhaps for one year only).
