10:00 - 10:10 Welcome and Introductions

10:10 – 10:15 Guidelines and Ground Rules : This is an opportunity for us all to have a frank, professional meeting to clear the air and move forward.

10:15 – 10: 30 Goals of the IO and Network: Representative from each group will briefly describe their group, its constituency and the goals of the organization. The facilitator will record goals for use later in the meeting.

10:30 – 11: 00 Perspectives on the Working Relationship between the IO and the Network : Each group will have an opportunity to cite specific examples of impediments to the working relationship that have been encountered.

11:00 – 12:00 Defining Workable Solutions: Having identified core problems and issues, the facilitator will lead a brainstorming session for developing workable solutions. Recommendations will be incorporated into a draft resolution and presented to the Chairs of each group following this meeting. The Chairs will be asked to present the resolution for adoption by their full organization at their next general meeting.

12:00 - 12:30 Joint Strategy: Having identified ways to move beyond existing problems, the facilitator will help the group identify common goals and organize ideas for building a joint strategy that recognizes the organizational between both groups. This will be an opportunity for members of both organizations to provide input to the Joint Strategy Committee or volunteer to serve.
